Weapons smuggled from Pakistan seized in Paktia — Pajhwok

KABUL (Pajhwok): A number of weapons smuggled from Pakistan have been discovered and seized in Dand-i-Patan district of southeastern Paktia province. In a statement, the provincial police headquarters said the weapons, including 20 pistols and four rifles, were recovered from the Nari Zhura area of the district. It added that no one has been arrested in connection with the seizure so far, but efforts are underway to identify and detain those responsible.
