2 killed, 4 injured in Logar traffic accidents — Pajhwok

PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): Two people have been killed and four others injured in four traffic accidents in the centre and several districts of central Logar province, a police official said on Thursday. Police spokesman Mawlawi Sultan Mohammad Sangin told Pajhwok that the accidents occurred over the past 24 hours in the Padkhwab Shana and Juma Qala areas of Pul-i-Alam, as well as in different parts of Khushi, Mohammad Agha and Baraki Barak districts. He said traffic police reached the accident sites on time and transported the injured to nearby health facilities for treatment. Sangin urged drivers to observe traffic laws, avoid speeding and careless driving, and follow road safety rules to prevent similar accidents. Two days ago, five people were killed or injured in two separate traffic accidents in Logar province.
