KABUL (Pajhwok): Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Friday travelled to Saudi Arabia for a one-day working visit, where he is expected to meet Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman and Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. Burhanettin Duran, head of Türkiye’s Presidential Communications Directorate, said on X that the meetings were part of Ankara’s diplomatic efforts in the region. Duran did not provide details about the agenda or issues to be discussed. Turkish media reported that the meetings are expected to focus on bilateral relations and regional developments.
