KABUL (Pajhwok): Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman met with Admiral Brad Cooper, commander of the US Central Command (CENTCOM), on Thursday to discuss defense cooperation and recent regional developments. According to the Saudi state news agency, the two sides reviewed defense cooperation between Saudi Arabia and the United States, as well as the latest developments in the region. They also discussed efforts to de-escalate regional tensions and strengthen security and stability. Meanwhile, Arab News reported that the meeting, held in Jeddah, focused on several issues related to defense cooperation between Riyadh and Washington, recent regional developments, and efforts to enhance security and stability in the region.
