3 of a family killed in Logar traffic accident — Pajhwok

PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): Three members of a family have been killed and three others injured in a traffic accident in the Gambaz area of Pul-i-Alam, the capital of central Logar province, officials said. Logar police spokesman Mawlavi Ahmadullah Anas told Pajhwok Afghan News that the accident occurred on Wednesday afternoon when a Saracha vehicle veered off the road and overturned. He said three members of the same family, including women and children, were killed, while three others sustained injuries. Anas added that traffic officials transferred the injured to a nearby health facility for treatment. He attributed the accident to speeding and urged drivers to observe traffic rules and exercise greater caution to protect themselves and other road users.
