Jawzjan traffic accident leaves 1 dead — Pajhwok

SHIBERGHAN (Pajhwok): One man was killed and another injured after a vehicle overturned on the Shiberghan-Mazar-i-Sharif highway in northern Jawzjan province on Wednesday, an official said. Police spokesman Qari Abdul Sattar Halimi told Pajhwok Afghan News the accident occurred in the Shor Arigh area of Khanqa district this morning. He said the driver was killed in the accident, while another person sustained injuries. Halimi blamed excessive speed and reckless driving for the accident.
