2 children killed, 4 injured in unexploded ordnance blasts in Ghazni — Pajhwok

GHAZNI CITY (Pajhwok): Two children have been killed and four others injured in two separate incidents involving unexploded ordnance in southern Ghazni province, police said on Sunday. In a statement, the police headquarters said the first incident occurred on Saturday afternoon in Noghi village, within the jurisdiction of the fourth security district of Ghazni city. The statement said the children were playing with unexploded ordnance when it detonated, killing two of them and injuring three others. The second incident occurred on Saturday in Mir Hasan village of Qarabagh district, where another child was injured, the statement added.
