4 Palestinians killed in Israeli attacks in Gaza — Pajhwok

KABUL (Pajhwok): Four Palestinians, including a child and the son of Gaza’s health chief, have been killed and several others wounded in Israeli attacks in different parts of the Gaza Strip, media reports said on Sunday. The official Palestinian news agency Wafa reported that a Palestinian was killed in an Israeli attack on the Shuja’iyya neighbourhood in eastern Gaza City. It said a Palestinian girl also died of injuries sustained in Israeli forces’ gunfire in the northern part of the Nuseirat refugee camp. The report added that a young Palestinian was killed and several others wounded in an Israeli drone strike in western Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza. Al Jazeera reported that the man killed in the attack was Basir al-Barsh, the eldest son of Munir al-Barsh, director-general of Gaza’s Ministry of Health. According to the report, another person was also critically wounded in the attack. In another incident, an Israeli drone targeted a civilian vehicle in the Sheikh Radwan area of Gaza City. Al Jazeera, citing Gaza’s Civil Defence, reported that one person was killed and at least four others, including two children, were wounded in the attack.
