80 detained over various crimes in Nimroz — Pajhwok

ZARANJ (Pajhwok): As many as 80 people were arrested in connection with various crimes in southwestern Nimroz province over the past week, an official said on Sunday. Police spokesman Mawlawi Gul Mohammad Qudrat told Pajhwok Afghan News: “Personnel from the Criminal Investigation Department of the provincial police headquarters arrested 80 individuals over the past week on charges including theft, kidnapping, human trafficking, public disorder and illicit relations.” He added that the case files of the suspects had been referred to the relevant court authorities for legal proceedings.
