KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) says it will launch document attestation services in 10 districts of Kabul and several other provinces. In a statement, the ministry said that, in an effort to improve access to consular services, it planned to extend document attestation services to 10 districts following their introduction in provincial capitals. The districts include Surobi and Qarabagh in Kabul, Spin Boldak in southern Kandahar, Shindand in western Herat, Kaldar in northern Balkh, Momand Dara in eastern Nangarhar, Gereshk in southern Helmand, Imam Sahib in northern Kunduz, Jaghori in southern Ghazni and Chamkani in southeastern Paktia. It said that, from 23 July 2026, citizens would be able to submit their documents for attestation through branches of the Afghan Post Emirati Company in the above-mentioned districts. The documents would be forwarded to MoFA or its provincial offices for attestation and returned to applicants through the same post office once the process had been completed.
