Saudi FM arrives in Washington for talks with US counterpart — Pajhwok

KABUL (Pajhwok): Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan arrived in Washington on Monday for talks with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, a media report said. The two will discuss bilateral ties as well as key regional and international developments, the Saudi state news agency reported. Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman sought US military assistance this month against the Iran-backed Houthis, but Washington declined to launch strikes, though it agreed to provide intelligence and targeting support, Reuters reported.
