KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation (MoRR) says 322 Afghan refugees have returned to the country after being released from Pakistani prisons this week. In a statement, the ministry said 309 of them returned through the Torkham crossing, while 13 others entered the country through Spin Boldak in southern Kandahar province. It said the returnees included families, children and individuals who were released and repatriated to Afghanistan. The ministry added that the released refugees received humanitarian assistance before being transported to their respective areas.
