KABUL (Pajhwok): Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) chief spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid says 928 administrative processes have been simplified in 13 government institutions over the past five years, improving public service delivery. IEA chief spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid told a press conference in Kabul today that the Directorate of Administrative Process Simplification, operating under the Administrative Office, had simplified 928 administrative processes in 13 government institutions over the past five years. He said the highest numbers of simplified processes were recorded at the Ministry of Higher Education with 214, the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock with 203, the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority with 140, and the Ministry of Education with 136. According to Mujahid, 62 processes were also simplified at the Ministry of Public Health, 75 at the Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs, 35 at the national electricity company, 23 at Kabul Municipality, 21 at the General Directorate for Coordination of Municipal Affairs, seven at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, six at the Administrative Office, four at the Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation Affairs, and two at the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum.
