KABUL (Pajhwok): Afghanistan defeated Ireland by six wickets in the fifth and final One-Day International (ODI) in Belfast on Saturday, with captain Rahmat Shah hitting an unbeaten century to complete a 4-0 series victory. Chasing a target of 299, Afghanistan reached 302 for four in 48.5 overs, with Rahmat Shah remaining unbeaten on 143 from 133 balls. Sediqullah Atal also played a crucial role, scoring 98 runs from 112 deliveries. The pair shared a 201-run partnership for the third wicket, rescuing Afghanistan after the visitors had slipped to 22 for two.
