DAB to auction $16 million on Tuesday — Pajhwok

KABUL (Pajhwok): Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB) has announced it will auction $16 million through a competitive bidding process on Tuesday. In a statement, the central bank said the auction would be held on Tuesday, July 14. DAB invited commercial banks, licensed money exchangers and eligible money service providers to participate in the bidding process. The statement said successful bidders would be required to settle their accounts by the end of the auction day.
